Soft cotton rope. Would have been great if it was on a spool,as advertised. Received in plastic bag in large lump. I had to stop, untangle, and wind up on an empty spool in order to work on project

I used this to make a hanger for a silk tapestry and it worked well. The right thickness and the cord is very well made and soft with rich deep black color

The cotton rope is great. It fits exactly in the way its meant to. It has maybe a slightly off-white shade which I personally prefer. Perhaps it might different based on lighting but it is still quite close to white. This came with a lot which will offer more than enough for my projects. It was exactly what I had been anticipating.The one thing I didn't like was that it came in a bunch. The picture demonstrates how it arrived. It has been okay unravelling it but it was not on a roll like it is presented on the site. The roll makes it much less messy so I think they need to be a bit more forthcoming about that.

I wanted to make some tug-a-war toys that my dog and I could play with. She does not eat the remnants of her destroyed toys but I wanted a natural fiber that would not harm her if she did ingest pieces. Not as durable as nylon but (I feel that it's) a lot safer. It performs as expected.
