This potted plant boasts a realistic appearance, yet requires no maintenance, water, or sunlight. The Arborvitae tree comes seated in a dark-green pot. It has green branches flowing from inside for added natural appeal. This artificial tree is a great decoration piece for both indoor and outdoor spaces. It will add aesthetic charm to your home or office all year round.

We needed something artificial on our porch because it gets absolutely no sun and our boxwood was looking bad. This was perfect! We looked at many artificial boxwoods and evergreens and after reading a bunch of reviews we got his one! Packaged well and looked great out of box. Looks pretty darn real! Much cheaper than some we looked at! Very happy with this!

We live in a location that accumulates a lot of snow and gets very cold in the winter. I was afraid to spend money on an expensive pine tree that would just need to be replaced every season.I saw this version on the Young House Love blog, and it is perfect for our front door. I placed it inside of a pot, and it has a heavy base. I filled it with lava rocks to secure and it’s gorgeous. The leaves are bendable so you can adjust them once taken out of the box.It looks real. People constantly are surprised that it’s fake when they see it. Highly recommend

The 2 trees look so real and have been put on decorative pots on each side of the front door. Love them.

I was looking to purchase four Nearly Natural 3'H Cedar Trees to complete my Mediterranean/Asian-inspired courtyard walkways. As their prices had almost doubled in the past couple of years (for a good quality product), I crossed my fingers and hoped that the National Tree brand would 'blend in.' I was extremely pleased with the results!! Time will tell to see how long these National Trees will survive the temperature and wind extremes experienced in the South Okanagan.

Looks realistic from a few feet back, it will definitely fit my need for a cedar tree that can't be killed by lack of watering!

I love the concept of artificial, looking like real plants for outdoor entrance beauty. I ordered the 4' from Amazon and a 5' from QVC. Although both trees are from National Tree bearing the very same tags, the taller tree from QVC smacks of real in every way. The color is a dark, forest, life-like green. In comparison the 4' tree shipped from Amazon is a faded green, almost yellow-green! Old inventory? Refurbished, once used? The difference in color is so obvious! I had planned to order a second 4' tree from Amazon, but no - not after receiving this inferior product. The shipping box is just too large to return from Hawaii, so I will keep the disappointing Amazon tree.

So far so good for these artificial trees. I actually went all out and bought 6 of these things and placed them in my front yard. I put them in clay pots and burried them in potting soil so as to make them look more like real trees. After putting them up, the first thing I noticed was how good they looked. The second thing I noticed was several neighbors commenting about how good my trees looked. The third thing I noticed was that when guests would come over and spend time on in the front yard, they would be completely clueless as to the fact the trees were not real until I mentioned it to them. In fact, not one single person to which had commented on the good looks of the lawn renovation noticed that they were artificial trees. The final straw in the bush was that they seem to be lasting very well. I live in the desert where the it gets incredibly hot - like 105 degrees - and tends to fade out all painted items that sit in the sun. These have lasted about 8 months so far. If you are reading this review, please don't take it lightly, these are good artificial trees. I have placed them in the full sun. Meaning they get sun all day long and full on. I suspect they will eventually fade, but I'm really impressed so far. I expect to get at least one more year out of these things. After which time, I'll just get a can of green spray paint and spruce them up sorta-speak. Anyhow, don't let the price of these things be a deciding factor (I think the price was decent enough anyways). I fully recommend these things. Good buy.

I needed three faux shrubs I could place in solid concrete bases and position on the corner of my property to prevent vehicles from driving over my garden bed.The shrubs were shipped immediately and arrived safely. Their branches were compressed against the trunk to minimize the size of the shipping box. Each branch is made of plastic-coated bendable wire. This allows you to adjust the shape the shrub to your liking, just as you would shape an artificial Christmas tree. The branch wires are bound together to make a sturdy 3/4" thick trunk. The trunk is securely epoxied in a sturdy metal base which is held in place by three screws driven through the underside of the pot. The pot is made of thick, sturdy, flexible plastic, not the hard brittle plastic you get with live plants that tends to chip and break in cold weather. A 2" layer of poured concrete in the bottom of the pot locks it all together and provides a solid weighted base. The "leaves" are affixed to plastic nipples and held in place by tension. If you aren't careful you can pull some of them off, but you can slip them back in place quite easily. Expect a few loose "leaves" when you unpack and shape your shrub.Overall, it looks great. It's got good color and good texture and is quite believable if you shape it well.I'm withholding the fifth star from my review because I don't know how well it will hold up under exposure to sunlight or winter weather. If it does well, I'll add a star.

don't listen to the naysayer who said this fell apart and it was too skinny. I am a plant lover and much prefer real over artificial, but the front of my house faces the west and it is nearly impossible to have potted plants in front. I got these and was wowed by the lifelike quality. They are not silk but totally plastic. When you take them out of the box, yes they are skinny. They do that so they can ship in the narrowest box. You have to gently work with them after unboxing. Yes I did have a couple little fronds come off, but big deal. I just found the little stub it came off of and pushed it back on. You have to gently push down each branch all around the tree. I gently fanned out each branch and as you do that, it takes on a fuller, life like appearance. It took me about 20 minutes to push down and "fluff" out the branches, but it was time well spent. I love these and am amazed at the appearance. These are exactly what I was hoping for. Really good quality for the price. Ahhh, now I can have awesome looking trees in my planters out front that will survive these hot Midwest summers and brutal winters. No more watering!!!
