This is actually our second glider we purchased, and both were defective. The first chair rubs when you 'glide'. The supports on the chair were not glued right, causing the rubbing. The second chair was shipped with two right armrests and no left armrest inserts, so there is no way to put the chair together. Asking for a full refund on both chairs, as well as shipping to be on the company.

The advertisement photo, and original look at this chair are deceiving! It appears to be a nice looking chair. Colors were as represented. However, the seat cushion is extremely thin and not comfortable. The chair was only in the bedroom less than 2 weeks before it broke and fell apart! It was creaky, squeaky, when I sat in it, even on the first time. But I had no idea that when a guest was sitting in it - that one side of the bottom platform, spindles, would start to crack and pop apart! The lady tipped right over and slid onto the floor. It was an average size, adult woman, simply sitting there visiting. No children had ever ricked in it, no oversized person had ever sat in it. It was just poorly, and cheaply made, very unstable. I am disappointed with this product! We threw it out.

I bought this as a gift. My daughter-in-law loves it. Says it's very comfortable. Easy to assemble.

The glider had large deep chips in 2 places. One snap on the seat base is missing. One snap on the arm cushion is missing. The seat cushion is thin and not very comfortable. The description says it’s a recliner glider. This glider does not recline. It says eligible for return but you have to pay for shipping and cannot return it if it was received damaged. I’ll update after hearing back from the manufacturer if they make it right.
