Assembly was pretty easy but did need a rubber mallet to ensure that seat attached properly. Stain was uneven so will have to re-stain. Also instructions say to re-stain annually or finish with a poly coat - that was not in the product description.

This rocking chair is perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves it. It was easy to assemble and was nice. It was not sanded as well I as I expected, but is good. I would purchase it again.

This rocker is very sturdy and if this is your style, you will like it. I did end up making cushions for it for my granddaughter. She really enjoys it.

This was a gift for my first great granddaughter, there are two other great grandchildren that will be waiting to use the rocking chair. it will last for several generations to come (it’s a beautiful rocking chair)
