These are supposedly disposable but I just gently wash it.This does what it claims in that it dispenses an appropriate amount of fluid that your eye can entirely absorb. Most dropper release a drop that is large enough for part of the drop to end up dribbled down your face.This is more convenient in terms of any type of eye drops, but for those who are using an expensive prescription eyedrop this will be the most beneficial.If you have to give eye drops to a small pet like a kitten or hamster this would make that easier as well.I

Do all they advertise. Do make it easier to apply drops and prevents waste. But just after a few weeks use the "snap on" feature of the covering cap broke at the bottle part, so caps don't fit tight. This needs a redesign. Screw threads would be much better. Also the dark color of the dropper makes it a little more difficult for me to see the drop. I like this but needs work.

The Nanodropper arrived quickly from Amazon Prime. It was our first order through this service. It was easy to install on my wife's Combigan eye drop bottle, easy to use, and very easy to transfer to the next bottle of eye drops. We bought it with the hope that it would conserve these expensive drops. The bottle from the pharmacy allowed too large a drop to form and go into her eye, leaving her unwillingly wasting the medicine as it ran down her cheek instead of into her eye where it was badly needed. The Nanodropper puts just enough medicine in her eye so that none is wasted. She Highly Recommends the product!!

I've been purchasing the nano dropper top from the website for a little over a year after my doctor recommended it. Before using it, I kept running out of my glaucoma eye drops all the time before insurance would kick in for the next bottle. My medicine is so expensive, it's been a complete game-changer for me saving me money and I don't have to worry about running out!I saw the other review about the cost of the nano dropper, and it depends on how much you pay for your normal eye drop medicine. My eye drop medicine doesn't have a generic available (rhopressa) and it costs around $120 out of pocket every month. The nano dropper top makes it last a little more than 2 times longer. Sometimes when my aim is perfect, I can get it to last 3 times as long. So for me, each nano dropper is saving at least $100 when it's making it last 2 times as long ($120 saved on the next refill minus $20 for the device) and sometimes even $220 for each nano dropper if it's making my medicine last 3 times as long ($240 saved on the next 2 refills minus $20 for the device. I looked back on how many eye drop refills I had to buy in the last year, and I think the nano drop saved me around $800!The nano dropper works differently from the other eye drop helpers on amazon because it actually makes the size of the drop smaller. My doctor told me this small drop is all your eye needs and it's supposed to be healthier for your eyes too. I have noticed that my eyes are less red and I don't taste that bitter taste after I put the eye drops in anymore. My daughter started using nano droppers for her lumify whitening eye drops and she said she doesn't get headaches from it anymore. I think it's worth a try just for side effects.One tricky thing is that the nano dropper doesn't fit all bottles. I originally called their support line that I found on their website and a very friendly gentleman helped me figure out over the phone which of my bottles would fit. They have an actual person answering which is such a huge bonus! They also have a search box on the website where you can look it up yourself. My other bottle wasn't compatible and I'm hoping they'll make more sizes in the future!

This was a great idea, too bad it doesn’t work. I bought two. They worked great for about 2 weeks. Now it gives double drops or the drops splash in the wrong direction. Absolutely a waste of money.

I just had cataract surgery on both eyes a week apart. The prescription drops I need to use was difficult to use as 1/2 the drips went down my face and the cost of then was expensive and not covered under insurance. I saw this dropper on YouTube then did extensive research on other similar items. Decided to go with the Nanodropper. What a HUGE difference! Perfect amount of drop easily goes directly in the eye. Yes, it’s more expensive than the other options, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!!
