I was tired of manually counting cash when taking it to the bank or receiving large payments, so I ordered it to make this job easier and although it works very well in general, I do see that it is better to enter the money organized by denominations (from largest to smallest), as well as separate different currencies since as I have tested, it accepts USD CAD and EUR (these are the ones I have tested).Although the machine has the MDC mode (mixed denomination counting) I prefer to separate the bills into denominations to be sure of the count.Having multiple screens improves the confidence of those who do not have the machine in front of them, and it is also very useful to be able to print how much was received of each denomination.

Works great! Counts bills very quickly and accurately! Self explanatory. You put in the denomination, select the type of currency like American dollars, load up the bills and it counts them and displays the amount or the number of bills, whichever you select. You can select the button to have it automatically count as soon as you load in the bills, or manually.This machine works great as intended!

Gets the job done, it can tally differnt bills but you still have to do each denomination separately. BUT it seems to jam often so I found it better to do each individual denomination and write it down and clear it for the next.I have also had it get hung up on a few bills thinking they were potentially counterfit, but this is easily bypassed. The problem is that I can see getting desensitized to it and potentially missing an actual counterfit.

The verdict is still out. Depends on Ponnor's response to my service request. No support phone number to be found. I sent three emails and so far no return communication. Very disappointing!Love the money counter! However, after using it for about 3 weeks a bill jammed and now it won't count money. I'm guessing it's something simple like a sensor problem. I would be okay with the breakdown if they would just help me fix it!

After having to count hundreds of bills by hand and repeatedly coming up with slightly different numbers, we figured it was time to invest in a bill counter. This device is really no different than the ones we've seen at the bank, works just as quick and even sounds the same (silly I know). What's great are all the additional features like, aggregating the count total for you as you go thru the different denominations, fraud detection, etc. So far we've used this counter maybe a dozen or so times and it hasn't once yet miscounted. I did stick a piece of paper with the same dimensions and it surprisingly detected the bill, how accurate it is for detection of all fake currency...I have no idea but at least it "tries"? Overall a completely unnecessary device for counting bills but certainly takes the pain and headache of doing it by hand.

This cash counter is super fast and has made our lives significantly easier. My work has 3 cash drawers that get counted in and out manually each day, and this has sped up the process and increased accuracy! We especially deal with a lot of 1s and 20s, so not having to count all 100+ bills twice a day has been great.You can set it to automatically begin counting as soon as it sense currency, or you can set it to require a button push to start. It's easy to switch between the two, so our staff use whichever they personally prefer. It counts the number of bills and totals the amount which is very helpful when ensuring our numbers match up each day. It also keeps the last total on the screen while counting the next which let's us move on with counting while still entering the previous total. It doesn't jam either. Our staff have accidentally run a paperclip through it more than once without issue, and you can even put as many bills as will fit in at once without issue.This is a great cash counter and significantly increases productivity and accuracy, and decreases errors in cash counts. Highly recommend to anyone handling cash regularly.

This is my first money counting machine and I was overly cautious when first using this machine. The instructions aren't bad, but not great either so it took a couple runs and tests to get a good understanding of the machine.First, the default mode is to auto feed any currency. As a first time user this honestly scared me because the machine practically rips the bills out of your hand to count. Fortunately and still to this day, it has a manual setting that we use to align the bills into the feeder first before pressing a button to count.The machine counts really really fast which is amazing. And I'm happy to say that in all of our testing and weekly use it has been 100% accurate. In a short amount of time, the machine has earned my trust in its accuracy as it has already identified human error miscounts.I have to assume the feature to automatically detect counterfeit bills works fine. We were only able to test obvious counterfeits like plain paper in dollar size which it identified easily. It has also triggered on damaged bills which makes sense and we're glad to see.The machine comes with a wired display which we did not see a use for in our operation. The cable isn't very long and the display is only slightly larger than the display on the machine itself. So, you'd just read the results on the machine itself instead of the display. I guess the display could be facing away from you like a cash register, but we didn't see a need for a customer facing display for an internal backroom task.In summary, great quality machine that has sped up our cash counting task dramatically.
