This worked perfect for an old Nintendo 64 system. The system is over 20 years old and this adaptor cord work great with a newer TV.

This was a spur the moment purchase for me as I found a copy of Star Wars episode one: Pod Racer recently. Once I received the cable. I simply had to plug it in and play! It works as intended and there isn't much noticeable input lag. (I am able to play Mortal Kombat 4 perfectly without feeling any kind of input delay.) Picture and sound come out great (as great as they can on an N64 plugged into a 4k tv anyways.)The only issue I have encountered, is every now and then when I start up a game, there is this blue screen that appears rather than what my N64 is displaying. Unplugging and plugging the cable back I'm seems to fix it, but still weird. Overall this product is pretty poggers for the price!

I’ve had this cable for a few months now. I’ve swapped out HDMi cables a few times to ensure that the problem isn’t with that.I’ve also tried the converter on different televisions to eliminate that as a variable. And the converter simply does not work. For some reason it works maybe 1% of the time then stops altogether. When I convert back to my AUX cables, the duren work fine.

This is the only one I found that doesn't require a separate power supply. It's exactly what I needed

Works very well I missed my old N64.Sometimes I get blue screen but I figured it out. If it does that just try to clean the game that’s all. Sometime people put bad reviews because of the blue screen but is the game you got to clean.

Does it natively zoom into a 16:9 aspect ratio and skew pixel density? Yes. Don’t expect 1080p magic content from consoles that natively ran far below and upscaling doesn’t make a difference which is fine in my opinion since it can introduce latency and artifacts. You’re getting this bc you’re able to play childhood games on a modern TV w/no latency and not messing with AV converters. I did test a quality hdmi cable just to see if there was any noticeable difference from the stock provided; conclusion: none. This really is a plug and play adapter with no supplemental usb power which is a huge appeal. Note I am using 8bit SNES wireless controllers in this setup and don’t perceive any lag. Overall happy with the quality and value to be able to play again in a new way. Let the platform games begin! Not a free product review so at $17 I say it’s worth it. Hoping it ages well as the 30+ year SNES.
