Thought this would be durable and great for pancakes. Disappointed. The opening is too small for pancake batter to flow, even after removing the screw-on tip. Without any way to apply pressure, not quite sure what could flow through the small opening. Do not recommend.

The size easy hold and squeeze the handle. Not too big ! And easy to clean. It is quality steel.
