How to Protect Your Stroke Linear Actuator

1. Please use the 12V DC power adapter.

2. Please do not exceed the rated load.

3. All the actuators have duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stop. The duty cycle of this actuator is 10%. It means that your actuator needs 18 minutes to rest for every 2 minute of work. If the actuator keeps working for long time, the motor is easily burnt out.

4. Please be careful, the actuator not completely waterproof.

How to Install

1. Prepare to connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12 volt battery.

2. Black wire to the positive terminal and red wire to negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.

3. To simplify the last step, you can prepare a reverse polarity relay or switch (not included) for the actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.

4. Your linear actuator will hold its position when the power is off. It will automatically stop when reaches the end.

5. The 12 Volt Stroke Linear Actuator has pre-installed inner limit switch, it cannot be adjustable.

6. The Linear Actuator Motor comes with mounting brackets.

So far actuator works fine but they blatantly overstate the strength. 900N = 202 lbf not 225. It’s not a mistake. Ever see battery banks w 900000mAh reserve or flashlights w 35000 lumen? yeah.

I needed to replace the actuator on my snowblower and this MYFULLY Electric Stroke Linear Actuator was a perfect fit. I use this actuator the move the chute snow deflector on the snowblower on my tractor. It is very easy to install and run the wires from the tractor cab to the actuator. It is well made and water proofed to protect the motor from moisture.

Installed on leaf sweeper to raise/lower brushes so I wouldn’t have to constantly get off the machine, pull a pin and do it manually. The idea here was saving time and that it does. I cycle it every 10 minutes while sweeping leaves over the course of about 3 hours. It’s done 3 sessions in total and hasn’t had a single hiccup. The auto-stop at the end of the throws works great. I do wish it was a little faster but can’t complain about that, it’s designed for a much greater load than it’s seeing so I understand why it has such a reduction.
