We have a utility cart we use to move heavy items at work and the wheels were very worn out. Got these to replace them and we couldn't be happier with these wheels. They are very heavy duty and seems like its made from commercial grade materials. The wheels rolls very smoothly even over rough asphalt. Highly recommend as a replacement for utility carts and a great value since the package came with 8 wheels.
