AIRTIGHT SEAL WITH RUBBER LINER INSIDE LID
The brush washer is suitable for use with water, spirits, turpentine and other solvents. The lid has a built-in rubber gasket that forms an air tight, leak proof seal, preventing the solvents from escaping, and keeping solvents from spilling out.
REMOVABLE INTERIOR CLEANING GRATE
This brush cleaner features a grate at the bottom of the cleaning chamber that allows paint sediment from your brushes to fall to the bottom of the outer pot. This helps keep the fluid fresh for the next use, saving you time and preserving your solvent.
CLEANING BRUSHES THE BETTER WAY
The brush cleaner below features a removable screen cup that serves to separate paint sediment from cleaning or thinning fluid. A gentle back and forth motion against the bottom grate help to clean bristles gently without damaging the filaments.

So sometimes you just need to use oil paints but dread doing. You spend are your time planing when you can do it all in one time period. I am refinishing some furniture and I am using a painters brush ( maybe 2 inches). I can repeatedly clean my brush in this pot and then seal it up. There is no risk of me knocking it over or smelling the fumes. It gets the job done. Though it would be a little easier if it was a little bit bigger for this type of work. Love it

I bought this for my daughter who is 16 and loves to paint. She said it get all the paint out of the brushes and they come out so clean. If you have a painter in the house, try it.

This is a great tool to have either in the studio or for plain air painting. The tight leak-proof lid is perfect of the later or just to keep things tidy after an art session without the fear or spilling the water on my working table.This is a stainless steel set, great quality and with enough weight to hold the brushes even when most of the handle is out. Said differently, it will help to keep the brush hair under water without deteriorating the handle. The inner crevasse helps to remove excess paint from the brush and cleans it better; the perforated base has the same effect.The main downside is that this medium-sized container is actually quite small. See my photos against one of the average metallic glasses I use for painting. I would be happy to purchase a larger version for my long bulky brushes. For the rest, this ones is perfect for those brushes that I use during art journaling or sketching, or for short-handle wide mottlers.It cleans well and easily under running water.

So nice to be able to carry water in something that not only doesn't leak, but also has the ridge and holes on the inner cup to help clean off the brush. Reasonable price, too. Really like it.

I am disabled and painting helps to alleviate my anxiety during stressful times. When I traveled to my doctor appointments in the past and used painting as a way to alleviate some of my anxiety while waiting, I was limited to using the brushes that hold water but don't always deliver the water at the desired rate and amount. This product was a game-changer for me! It is easy to open and close, truly water-tight and small, and I don't have to worry about it spilling on my other belongings in my backpack. I can now use my professional-grade brushes both at home and on the go. The inside cup with the strainer allows the paint pigments to settle on the bottom of the outside cup and not contaminate the rest of the water. The ledge on the inside is great for removing extra water from my brush if needed. It is great when traveling, but also great to use on those days at home when I am in too much pain to do much and need to rest.
