Works for mushroom fogger. Puts out alot of fog and keep humidity high. Cannot be submerged more than 3 inches or won't fog.

One of the most amazing customer support experiences I had in years.The product itself is spectacular in its effect. It is really amazing. At some point less than a year after purchase though, 2 of the 6 discs that produce the mist were cracked (the product was stored for winter in the garage, and it was functioning perfectly before it was stored. I noticed the cracks when I reinstalled it in a water feature, realizing that two of the 6 ceramic discs were simply shooting water and not mist. I contacted the company and they sent replacement discs free of charge in a few days. Under the discs there is a spring like thing and the one below one of the two cracked discs was rusty. So replacing the ceramic disc for that one did not do the trick. Only 5 of the 6 were producing mist. I told the company and within a couple of days they sent me a new unit.It is not just that they took care of the issue, it is the way they did it. It was stress free, convenient and very fast. I strongly recommend the product and the company.Having said that, I should also say that I do not understand how the discs could possibly crack and the fact that one of the two had a rusty spring underneath for something that is supposed to be submerged sounds like a design flaw. However the effect is so cool, and the overall experience with the customer service was so good that I would not take any stars out for the product. Perhaps all foggers have the same limitation(s).

There isnt a float for this size. I used the one for 10 and to get it to work correctly tilt float to fill it up with water so it sinks further.

This is the second unit that I purchased. They do not last longer than a year. I use it daily for 12 hours a day.

it works well but shuts off too often and goes thru water very fast. all in all I do like it. it works and mists very well
