This works great, we finally tested it today after the last remnants of winter, it is amazing how this blocks all the wind nose and chill, the heater kept us nice and warm (we even had to lower the temp, the sound level was way down much as being in and roofed vehicle, same as when we put the windows down the draft was much the same as a roofed vehicle

It's a bit pricey but is sturdy and easy to install. You can keep it in all the time, even with the roof up.

Good product but IMO it's overpriced. It's very easy to install/remove, no mods or alterations to car. However the hook on the anchor straps were wide and sat oddly against the leather (wide and sat horizontal vs. vertical...the opening thru the seat to the anchor system is vertical) and was pretty sure if I left it in it would've warped or damaged the leather. I purchased Carabiner Paracord Lanyard Clips (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GP44GQ2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) and it worked perfectly to make the connection non-damaging to the seat - see photo attached. I leave it in the car almost all the time, top goes up and down wonderfully with it installed, and since it folds down as well...no need to remove it.

This item comes ready to install somewhat easily. I found the connection point in the seat (childseat bracket in the seat) to put a strain on the leather and it could cause damage over time. I decided to use a carabiner clip to extend from the childseat bracket and attach to the strap clip. Overall, this item is over priced but the only one available.

I have a 2016 Mustang GT California Special. I echo the positive feedback of other reviewers here. The wind reduction is significant even with the side windows down. The biggest difference between having the side windows up versus down is the occasional puffs of air that do leak by. The videos from the website show the two ladies roll up the side windows at the same time they bring up the screen. You see their long hair calm down immeadiately. You don’t see them with the windows down, though. When we did the same test, my wife’s long hair would occasionally puff forward with her window down, but not nearly as much without the deflector. An extra bonus is how well the air conditioning works even with the top down during these recently brutal, hot and humid days. I’m in my own little pocket of cool air. Nice. There was one comment about the straps in another review. Specifically how they appear to put stress on the back seat when connected to the child seat retainers. I agree that if they were more of a dog leash type “C” clip with the ability to rotate, they would put less stress on the edge of the slit in the seat. Otherwise, the straps do hold the deflector very secure.Lastly, I removed the tacky rubber logos from screen’s front and back.If you folks want me to advertise for you on your $400 (ouch) screen, please come up with something a little more subtle,

I pre-ordered this ahead of collecting our 2016 Mustang on Friday because we wanted to take it on a road trip. The weather was gorgeous, but cold (low 50's and 60's). On the first day, we drove from the dealership to the hotel (100+ miles) without the deflector, and at some point decided it was turning cold enough that we needed to put the roof up. On Saturday we drove around in the morning without it, but after lunch decided to install it outside the bar. The hardest part of the installation was getting my fingers in to the child seat anchor, but even with that it took less than 10 minutes to figure out and install on our first try.We got in the car, started driving, and flipped up the deflector. Immediately, we looked at each other and exclaimed "It works." It really makes a huge difference, and with the heat turned on we were able to enjoy the sun on a 50°F day. At high speed, you still get a bit of a draft and it gets noisy, but you can still hold a decent conversation and listen to your Shaker Pro stereo! The unit does not fit well in the trunk if you have the subwoofer installed, so that is a consideration. It will fit on the floor of the trunk, but I am not sure if you want to put luggage on top of it. We had no choice, and it was fine, but over the long term, it might be an issue if you are not careful. Right now, we are leaving it in place over the back seat. In some way I think it might increase security because it is a little tricky to get things on and off the back seat.Make sure you tighten it down, or put a little pad under the hangers because I noticed it had rubbed the soft plastic a little.Overall though, a great product! Highly recommended.
