Works great. No instructions though. Basically make it relatively high. The cone should open downward. The spring action should allow the trombone bell to fit over the smooth end of the cone with the spring slowly bring the whole trombone down so that the tip of the slide valve rests on the ground. Adjust the height to achieve this.
