I've had the regular music nomad string winder for years. Ever since I discovered them I always s thought they made superior products. I recently order this all in one tool. Wish I would have sooner. If you're only going to buy one string winder this is it! I was a specitcal about the string cutter, but it doe the job nicely and very easy. Tool also has a peg puller for acoustics, which is no effort at all. I have had difficulty in the past getting them out. The smooth ball bearing rotation makes getting the slack out of the strings comfortable and super quick. I do recommend.It's great all in one tool that every guitar player should have!

The string/peg winder part of this is by far the best I have ever used. Very smooth, soft so as not to mar the finish on the tuning pegs, seems to fit every size peg. Also glad it has a bridge pin puller. The cutting part works great, even on the thickest bass string on my guitars. Just wish it had some sort of spring on it so that you didn't have to manually open the handles every time. Just makes it a little "fiddly" but still well worth having in your toolkit.

This multitool is great! Sturdy build, great feel in your hand, nice grip on the handles. It's 3 tools in 1 which is nice and saves you from wondering where you put one of your tools when you need it. The wire cutter surprised me with how easily it cut the first string that I used it on, it's that sharp. It's very well built and I could see this lasting for many years to come.I highly recommend this to every guitar player. Get yourself one and save yourself a lot of hassles.

I have used this so far on Electrics: keystone type, fender kluson types, Grovers, bass: y-keys, clovers- tall type and regular and lollipops. The string cutter is…. Cheap, but it works fine for acoustic and electric strings. Like this tool all around.

The winder is better than most of the cheap ones you can get and the snippers are really nice because they are rounded and makes it less likel you'll scratch your headstock, worth the price.

This is a great high quality string winder and cutter. Amazingly easy to use. Very comfortable in your hands. I restring guitars frequently and having a nice quality product makes changing strings a much nicer experience. Well worth the price. Performs like it should. Fits great in my guitar case. The perfect size for my hand. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve owned many string winders in my life. Most of them are terrible. I have to change my strings weekly. I hate this chore and most string winders are designed in a way where my knuckles we’re constantly bashing against the tuners. And often the wire snips are poorly made. This tool is a totally different experience. The winder appears to have ball bearing movement so it winds smoothly and quickly. The section that grabs the tuner handle has a clever design where it easily finds its way onto the tuner handle, and it’s made of a soft rubber-like material so it grips nicely. Finally, the clippers are well made so cutting is convenient and quick. I wish I had found this tool years ago.
