I actually like it better than the FR ones.

Gute Qualität, sauber gearbeitet. Sieht man zwar nicht wenn eingebaut aber das wissen, dass keine billige Blechkralle verbaut ist, macht Spaß.

I like its craftsmanship. Whether it actually does anything to tone - I cannot perceive. I did find it difficult to restrain the ground wire with the retaining screw, so, I put a terminal connector on the end of my wire and screwed it down with a Phillips head, in place of the original set screw.

If you're looking to upgrade your flimsy pot metal claw on your guitar, then you'll be very happy with this beautifully machined claw that is designed to actually hold the spring in special groove so the doggone springs don't shift and jitter. Instead the spring connection "rolls smoothly" in the machined catch. Because it's brass it's works silently with the spring steel.Incredibly I noticed that this will add just a bit of sustain that you didn't even know was there!I added "noise free" springs as well, and now it is silent using the tremolo arm. I was amazed at how quality springs and a brass Claw could be so quiet. NOT having those goofy mattress spring sounds creep into your pickups is actually big plusI'm totally please with this item. I should mention that the brass wood screws they include are really top notch and long enough to get the install done perfectly.10 stars on this one.!

Apporte une solidité une meilleure stabilité au ressort. Très bien fait taillé dans la masse. Un peu plus de sustain. Pour avoir un ensemble homogène, changer également le Bloc du Floyd par un vrai en laiton. Le sustain sera au top!

All as described very happy.Much better quality then all the other options I've tried fit ls perfectly. The Floyd rose version didn't fit In my ibanez guitar without lots of modifications and corroded very badly.

Some reviews noted that the wire set screw chops the wire, and this is true. Tip: Remove the screw and file the bottom flat and smooth. There were ridges from factory that will in-fact chop the wire. Be careful not to touch threads with the file. Other than that, a nice quality part, no real difference in tone, but the springs seat firmly in the notches.

The brass claw looks great and works great. Definitely an upgrade. I plan on doing all my guitars with Floyd’s with these.

I'm a sucker for anything to mod a guitar, so if you have the typical trem in your guitar, you probably have already put a larger trem block in, which i have. I have the large blocks for my floyd rose trems and i bought these music lily trem blocks for my goto trems. But this is the claw, which is usually this small thin flimsy looking piece of probably stainless steel that is screwed into the guitar body. So mainly to make it look more impressive, i decided to put this brass claw in. If you have a brass trem block, this does make the cavity look cleaner since both will be brass color. Other then that, i do not have the equipment or resources to actually test the frequency or duration if it even makes a difference in tone. I'm saying no, since it's sort of isolated by the springs anyways, which are still stock, or just noiseless springs. So a little pricey for a small piece of brass and two screws, but if you want every mod to your guitar and dont mind a very slight weight increase then there you go. Your mind will like it even if your friends dont detect it lol. It installs easily since it does have small screw to hold the ground wire if your guitar has that.

I have Floyd Rose spring claws for sale, contact me. These Musiclily spring claws make the FR look like they came off a toy. Much more mass and made my Ibanez's sound bigger and louder. Going to put them on all my tremolo guitars. 🎸
