I ordered 2 sets, the were delivered in separate envelopes at the same time. One p ackage was fine, as advertised while the other I package was empty! Nothing inside. It was I rooerky sealed, no holes or loose opening so nothing could possibly fall out. I had to return the empty packet and Amazon quickly sent a replacement. It just cost me time and a trip to the UPS store. The product that came is as advertised. Size, color and thickness is good. Two of the pieces are not usable, which the company already warned there may a small percentage of defect as its a natural product (shell material). I would still recommend the product because what came was fine, and I couldn't find another seller that offered the 6.35mm that I wanted. Packaging was good, it came with a free guitar pick. Would have been 4-5 stars if all 20 pieces were perfect and absent the return due an empty pack.

Fit perfectly, as my guitar was missing one glad I found this product. I used a tiny bit of superglue to make sure it won’t fall out. Matches the colour of the other ones.

I bought these specifically because of their size, expecting them to fit perfect with a 1/4" forstner bit. Turns out, they were 6.24mm NOT 6.35mm. They did seem to fit just fine and look seamless, but would have preferred a perfect fit.

Exactly 1/4", already pulled out the old ones and installed the new ones, can't tell from factory.I wish they were a little thicker, but for the few that were too shallow I just added some thick CA glue to the backside. Digital calipers were really helpful.

A recently-purchased bass didn't come with any fret markers on the face of the neck, and the side markers were tiny.It was a fun afternoon project to install these in the neck.I definitely benefitted from watching some luthier videos on YouTube before tackling this project... a mistake would be tragic.

They were a little thick but you don't want too thin. Took much sanding to level but look great and fit the hole perfectly.

these dots were easy to work with and very much the same size across the lot, except the thickness, some were thinner than 2MM. These fit very well using a 6.4MM Dremmel bit (Forster). The photos show a fret board made of Richlite, (Martin). Keep the holes shallow until to select the dots you like. Standard fret work followed, using 400 wet-dry and auto scratch paste. These polished up very very nice!
