Brand new batteries inserted. The globe only worked once on all three settings. Only the snow swirling works. No light and no carols.

This is how this package arrived. The box had been torn open and stuffed with a Nespresso box. The charger was lying in the top of the open box. I ordered 3 snowglobes in all. This box contained 2. This snowglobe was also not housed in the box with a Users Manual. I will need to use the manual on the back of the other globe. I will check to see if it is working. It does appear to be working, but is very loud. As a grandmother I give snow globes with a Nativity Scene every year to have something to remember me by.
