Chimes sounded nice! But, the nylon strings were cheap and bent, so the chimes clumped together in spots, and they didn't hang straight down. Manufacturer, maybe switch to thread? They sound good just need something elso to hang from!

The full sound is incredible.The band was thrilled when I showed up with these. It's only for one song (for now) but worth every dollar. Beautiful addition to my percussion cabinet.

The cord connecting the chimes could be a lot more relaxed; I'm considering changing it out. But the big thing is there is no mallot to go along with it! Other sets of chimes have an accompanying mallot. The chimes do sound nice and the stand is one of the best I've seen.

The only thing going for this bar chime is the wood bar. The actual chimes are hollow which give a tinny sound without range and are certainly not of sufficient musical quality to accompany a music group or a sound healing. The picture in the advert is completely misleading as others have said, as each bar is hung from cheap nylon line which does not hang down straight like the chimes in the photo, these are not even close. I was willing to restring these if they had the correct tonal quality but unfortunately these would only be sufficient for a playskool

The metal tubes are too light to tighten up the nylons used to tye the tubes to the bar the stand is good

The Bar Chime came pretty well package but the nylon strings holding the keys were misshaped which means that the keys were not hanging in place as supposed. So I used a hair straightener on medium hit to straighten them. The company should find a better solution for packaging.The stand is sturdy.

The product is very cheap made. Considering to return it ! That’s bad quality. Chimes aren’t even aligned, they sound ok, but is over priced !
