Beautiful! Takes a good amount of time to put together but it is soooooo worth it! I didn’t see anything about the mattress in any reviews or if they did mention it I must have missed it. This DOES NOT come with a mattress. You need a folding 3 section mattress to complete it. But, the bed itself is so gorgeous, honestly the quality of it majorly exceeded my expectations. You never know with buying things online but this is beautiful! It’s easy to use, the sliding out sections use heavy duty strong pieces, nothing was cheap materials. I’m confident that anyone could use this and sleep on it but it’s also just cool and even a conversation piece for any room. I would advise two people to put it together. The instructions are very clear and easy to read just go step by step and don’t skip forward and you’ll do ok putting it together!

Exactly what I hoped for. The bed cabinet came well packaged in two boxes. The hardest part was carrying the heavy pieces up the stairs to the room. Assembly took about 3 1/2 hours. Instructions were clear, all the pieces and screws/bolts were clearly labeled. The finished product is sturdy and attractive, and fits my space perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Shipment came with a broken panel. After unloading everything from the shipping boxes, it wasn’t worth trying to load them all back in to request for it to be sent back and for a refund, or at least a partial refund to have this part fixed.

I took my time to assemble this Murphy bed so that I wouldn’t over tighten any of the screws and I wanted to be very thorough reading the directions. There are many steps, but it is not ‘difficult’ to complete. Justtime-consuming. My only complaint of the product itself is that there were tiny holes on a handful of the boards, including the exterior facing boards that have tiny holes in them that have been patched/filled with some sort of white putty. They are very, very faint and I hope I’m the only person who will ever look that close and notice them. Other than that, I think this looks wonderful and saves so much space and creates a lot of flexibility for our guests.

Purchased to replace futon that was too small.This cabinet was all that was described on Amazon & then some !Solidly built and well engineered. It would have been perfect if a tri-fold mattress has been offered with it.One person can assemble it if you take your time. A power screwdriver was especially helpful.I assembled it in three days (total assembly time probably 10 hours) & only needed my wife's assistance during the last steps.Pretty good for an 81 year old.

This bed came in two very heavy boxes, with lots of pieces. However, it was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition! It did take two of us about 4 hours to assemble but was easy enough with just our basic knowledge. It appears to be very sturdy and operates smoothly. We bought a 6” tri-fold memory foam mattress that fits easily inside.
