This is a great seat protector, the tablet holder is really low so baby kicks it and turns off the screen.

This Munchkin seat protector fits nicely and snugly against my Kia Sportage backseat, allowing for a snug fit for my kiddo’s Graco Premier 4EVER DLX car seat (I mention my car and car seat because I’ve made sure the manuals allow for a seat protector—make sure you check yours before adding one as well, to be sure they will be safe!). The tablet holder is a neat addition that I imagine will be useful for many families. I am looking forward to easier cleanup of my seat with this addition while still keeping my kiddo safe in their seat, no slipping and sliding across this protector. I’m thoroughly pleased with the sleek look that is also sturdy and allows for a secure installation of my car seat. I love a functional option that makes my life easier and cleaner without compromising safety, and this seems to do the job so far!

This works very well and is thin enough to be acceptable beneath our graco extend 2 fit car seat. The tablet holder fits most tablets and the cover cleans pretty easily. Worth it!

First off, this thing is built like a tank. The material feels substantial - not like those flimsy covers that tear after one juice box explosion. The genius part? The tablet holder. My daughter can watch her shows without me playing "pick up the iPad" at every stoplight. And those mesh pockets? They're like Mary Poppins' bag - somehow holding an entire toy store's worth of entertainment plus enough snacks to feed a small army. Cleaning is a breeze - just wipe it down or throw it in the wash when things get really wild (which they will). After seeing what this thing catches on a daily basis, I shudder to think what my seats would look like without it. One unexpected bonus: the high back panel actually encouraged me to keep my youngest rear-facing longer, since it provides extra protection for the seat back. The fact that it's crash-tested gave me extra peace of mind too. If you're debating whether to get this, just do it. Your car's resale value will thank you later. Trust me, it's cheaper than trying to get ground-in graham crackers out of leather seats.

This car seat protector has worked very well for us. It is very well constructed. It is good quality and does a great job of protecting our seats, not only from marking it up but also by keeping them clean. I like that the part that lays right on top of the seat is flat and makes it much easier to clean all the toddler messes.

I had no idea something like this actually existed, but with my daughter now big enough to walk to the car and with winter here, I was super worried about the seats in my car since she is still rear facing. I was trying to figure out if it would be safe to put a towel or something up when I came upon this.It was insanely easy to install—especially since I already had the seat out to put it in another car for the day. Literal seconds and it was ready to go. The car seat doesn’t feel any less secure than it did before we had this in.I do wish that it was *slightly* wider—quite often she will spread her feet apart and put them on either side of the shield. Not sure if this is because her car seat is wider than it (Graco Extend2Fit), or if she’s just a stinker. We haven’t tried the tablet holder yet as she has a “kid’s” case on her tablet and it doesn’t fit inside the pocket. Love the idea though!I’ve already recommended this to everyone I know with rear facing littles, now I’m recommending it to you, too!Oh, and I should also add that I absolutely love this brand! I didn’t realize how much Munchkin I actually own until I searched my orders to write this review—like literally over 20 different items! From bath toys, to breastfeeding support, to cups and plates, I’ve apparently been using this brand *literally* my daughter’s entire life and it has never disappointed!

This seat protector is great! It makes cleaning the car so much easier. Snacks have less places to go so it makes clean up time so much faster. It is easy to install and I love that it has a tablet holder. We recently went on two 12 hours road trips and this made life so much better.

It’s super easy to install and remove and it fits well in my mid-sized SUV, but if you keep your tablet in a case, like most parents with young children, it can be difficult to close the “window”. We keep a pretty thick case on our tablet, to keep it safe from toddler drops, and I’ve found that I have to take it out of the case in order to get it to fit in the tablet holder window. That sometimes is troublesome, parents out with children already have enough to juggle without having to take the case off before using it or putting it back on when you leave the car.I can’t testify to how easy it is to clean, we haven’t had to clean it yet.Pros: Works well to protect seat from messes, prevents damage to leather from carseat or base, perfectly positioned entertainment for your rear-facing kiddo, protects tablet from sticky hands or dirty feetCons: Tablet may not fit, depending on case.Overall: Worth the buy, just needs a few tweaks.
