I have small round pills that need to be halved. This was an expensive trial and error. The long section is deceiving. Less is better, spaced out. With more pills, they become more crushed and even cut 1/3 of size. 🤦🏽♀️ Stability was great, the pills stayed in place with the adjustable rubber guard, and the process is quick. The size is a little longer than the length of my palm.

I need to split 45 pills each month and this device makes light work of it. I can fit five pills at a time, and it holds them tightly and cuts better than other pill cutters I’ve tried which crumble more than they cut. Most of the pills slice cleanly with this. The little storage cup at the front is too small to be useful in my view but I don’t really need it so that is fine. It’s a bit pricier than many of the pill splitters on Amazon, but well worth it in my view because it’s a higher quality item.

This pill cutter was great and sharp but not durable. It broke the first time at the hinges which I duct taped. Then the safety piece that protects and secured the blade broke which made it unusable.

My Dr. decided I could halve my prescription on three meds and my single pill spitter was both time consuming and not very effective in a even split. This splitter holds six pills at once and captures them tightly so they split evenly. Has saved me a lot of time and has produced a quality split. Works great for the traveler when you need several days worth. I am super happy with this product after years of using my old single pill splitter.

Concept of multiple pills to split at one time is great. However, the split is not equal. Insertion of pills into device was correct, but blade did not contact the pills in an equal split.

For years I have used simple single pill splitters that you can pick up at the pharmacy locally, but because I wanted to split multiple pills at the same time I needed an upgrade. I feel I found that in this splitter. I has silicone sides that grip the pills firmly enough so that when they are cut, they stay in place also giving me far less pill crumbs , though that is based on the pressing of the pill. I love this.

I have a single pill cutter that I have used for years, but it is starting to break. I decided to try this multiple pill cutter to save time.My dog has anxiety medication that she takes daily, but only takes half a pill. I was able line up 6 pills at a time and cut them in half. Using the dial I made the opening slightly bigger than the size of the pills. I placed each pill in, then used a fingernail to "dial" amy that were not quite lined up before cutting. There is pressure and a loud snap sound as you cut. The pills cut perfectly for me. This made quick work of the 42 pills.I also tried a small oval pill I take. I was able to do 11 at a time. Those were a little trickier to get perfectly lined up, but I had them all roughly the same size and didn't shatter any. I forgot to take a picture of those.Overall, I am happy with this pill cutter and glad it cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend cutting pills. I hope this one will also last for years to come. I will update this review if it doesn't.
