insert would not stay on the pad, every time I tried to put the phone in both toppled off into the floor boards.

I thought it was simple enough to put together but there were So many 'patches', strips of Number's? EtcIt was a dilemma. It doesn't just Click together and STAY in place by suction?? Some young friends finally figured out a way to make it work---but to with true Stability.

Due to the slant of my windshield, my phone won't sit properly in the holder, but I like that I can put things in the tray without them moving around so I am keeping it.

Best cell phone holder ever! Fits on any dash and holds phone securely. We have a Mercedes 2-seat roadster and a Suburban XL and these work perfectly in both. I have mine on the far left side oz my dash so it doesn't interfere with the view thru the windshield but my husband has his set just right off the steering wheel. Both hold perfectly.

You can stand it up or lay it sideways. Easy to install.

I drive a jeep, so their aren't many places to keep a cell phone. This is perfect!! I laid it on my dashboard, and my phone sits there and never slips. Wonderful product!
