For any of your mulch or pebbles to stay put, you have to use many many gallons with the hopes of saturating all materials down to ground level. If not, it will be depressed under weight and will move.If you have a very thin layer of mulch, it may work, but your weeds may work their way out easier.

The price for the amount is not good. Barely gets a small section of rock down even with diluting it a tad. doesnt stick well to the rocks either. buy the Home Depot gallon instead. it goes farther diluted and sticks well to the rocks. will not recommend this product or buy again.

I have to say that this product works great! I use it to secure stones around the fence to prevent my dog from digging them out and getting them everywhere. Since using this product, I have not had this problem again. I have to say that it dries very quickly and once it dries, it provides effective and lasting protection for it. In short, this product works beyond my expectations. Very satisfied！
