商品の内容物に替え芯もセットだと思うのですがペンシル一本だけ送ってきました。商品の情報の掲載が理解しにくいのか、商品に不足があるのかわかりませんがいずれにしても理解しずらいです。2月17日追加交換をお願いし送ってきたものはやはりペンシル一本だけでした。確かにペンシル+替芯との表記はないと思いますが、この表記とサムネイル写真であればセットと勘違いして購入することは広報の経験者なら計算できるはずで狙っているのならば、セコ過ぎます。

I enjoy having these pencils. I bought 2 then saw they were different in color then I realized I was dealing with real wood. I hope to find more wood diversity as I buy more.

One of the two wooden mechanical pencils I ordered arrived crushed /mangled/ broken.I have not been able to message Amazon about this problem. Too bad, a good item made useless by poor packaging--an unreinforced paper envelope. No more orders from Amazon outside the US.

鉛筆っぽいシャーペンを探していたところこの商品を見つけました。持ちやすいし使いやすいのですが、できれば鉛筆と同等の細さにして欲しかったです。
