This must be a new design that has the metal coating as background, but I found it is difficult to observe the cells even the coating is supposed to be transparent.

The ones I received didn't have silver background behind the grid. I think it's defective. It's nearly impossible to find the location of the grid under a microscope when there is water on it. I don't recommend.

I bought this for yeast cell counting in beer brewing and the grid lines are very clear to see under the microscope for this purpose.

Personalmente questo emocitometro mi è piaciuto ma non completamente in quanto per la colorazione del vetro rende le cellule un po' meno visibili di quello che utilizzo abitualmente. Nonostante tutto è un prodotto molto valido e facilmente utilizzabile per cui lo valuto 4 stelle e comunque ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Die Zählkammer wird in einer stabilen, gut schützenden Plastikbox geliefert, die durch eine eng anliegende Folie gesichert war..Die Zählkammer ist recht stabil ausgeführt - fast 5 mm starkes Glas wurde verwendet. Die Kammer verfügt über 2 Auswertungsfelder, die so gut "graviert" wurden, daß sie sogar im Bild der Handykamera gut erkennbar sind. Ein Teil der Kammer wurde verspiegelt, wohl um den Kontrast zu verbessern. In der Box befindet sich neben einem Beutelchen Trockenmittel auch zwei spezielle Deckgläschen, die größer und vor allen Dingen dicker als die normalen in der Mikroskopie üblichen sind - man bekommt also ein komplettes System, um Teilchenmengen auszuwerten - egal ob es sich um Blutkörperchen, Einzeller oder im Wasser schwebende Teilchen handelt - diese Zählkammer ist universeller nutzbar als nur für die Medizin..Die Zählkammer ist gut verarbeitet - es sind echt keine Mängel erkennbar und die Gitterlinien sind auch problemlos erkennbar - die wohl wichtigste Eigenschaft dieser Kammer. Auch wenn der Preis alles andere als niedrig ist, so ist er doch berechtigt. Dieses Produkt hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen - ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Spezial-Objektträger.

My husband is the scientist in the family and he says this is an excellent cell counting chamber slide that comes with 2 special slide covers. To demonstrate, he used yeast cells (weak mixture) and shows how you can see the cells under the microscope and easily count them.

At 100X, counting areas are nicely ruled with no prominent nicks or scratches. The cover glasses were pretty dirty, but they cleaned up well. Can’t vouch for the absolute accuracy, but the workmanship is pretty good. Only minor downside is lack of “V” filling ports, but that’s not a real handicap: you can work around it with a fine tip plastic pipet.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Perfecto para usar en laboratorio de análisis clínicos. Las líneas se ven perfectamente y están todas a la misma separación sin que haya unas que estén más separadas que otras.Su calidad es excelente. Además trae su caja para poder guardar y transportar de un sitio a otro.Volveré a comprar otra cuando lo necesite.
