My former blender never made it home after lending it to a friend...so, I've been looking for another for some time now. This Mueller was a Prime special and I snatched it up. Not only was the price an exceptional one, but I have other Mueller products and am very pleased with them all.The 500 watt motor on this is strong enough to emulsify/puree/blend everything I've given it. I haven't used the whip or frother yet, but as far as an immersion blender goes, I couldn't be happier. It's a good one!

I purchased this blender in 2020, and I have to admit that at first I was really pleased. The blender worked pretty much like I expected, and although I didn't use the unit frequently, when I did I got excellent results.You need to know, however, that these units consist of three parts: the motor unit, the attachments, and a very small plastic piece that connects the drive of the motor to the attachment. Without this small (easily lost) part the unit is useless. The small plastic part broke on the last use. If you read the comments you will see that this DOES happen. Even if not broken, the small part is so small, and fits so loosely, that losing it is likely a pretty common occurrence. My blender came with two, and I lost one along the way pretty early on.Now, here's the thing: There ARE NO REPLACEMENT PARTS. So, yeah. If this high stress part that is tiny and easily lost IS GONE, the thing cannot be used, every, and needs to basically be tossed in the trash.I contacted the company and they will send a replacement for the entire unit within one year of purchase.BUT YOU CANNOT REPLACE THE SMALL PART THAT WOULD BE SUBJECT TO STRESS AND WEAR AND POSSIBLE LOSS!!!!That's inadequate for a kitchen gadget that should last years. Not having a replacement for an essential part is simple inexcusable, and I will never purchase anything from this company again unless they offer me other options than "its not available".

I like it. It's a little power house. You don't want to have it run too long ele it may burn the motor. I received all pieces and they all came in a neatly packed box. I used it to make coffee, froth milk and to deepen colors in my buttercream. The color came out great as shown in the second picture. The only concern I have is that I noticed immersion blade started rusting as seen in first picture. I dry immediately after washing so not sure if it's because it is justa cheaper stainless steel. Overall a good buy.

I purchased my blender in May 2020, and I just realized recently that I never left a review of this product, which I usually try to do, especially with kitchen gadgets. I have used this blender almost daily, or at the very least several times a week for over two and a half years now, cycling through all the attachments, though using the Immersion Blender or Milk Frother more than the whisk.This is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets ever. It has been a true workhorse with a strong motor, and it never lets me down. I love the immersion blender for creaming soups (especially potato or butternut squash soup), mashing beans, and making smoothies in a mason jar. Besides frothing milk or making whipped cream, the frother is great for mixing all the powder-based "stuff" in my coffee or iced drink concoction that is stubborn about dissolving. I love that it has multiple speeds and is easy to handle, and the cord is plenty long enough, at least the way my kitchen is configured.I've also had occasion to contact the Mueller customer service, and they respond super fast and are just the BEST all around to deal with.Interestingly, as I write this review (December 13, 2022), even with the sky-high inflation jacking up prices of EVERYTHING, this blender is now $7 cheaper ($29.95 + $2 coupon) than when I purchased it in May 2020 for $34.95. OMG. That's a NO-BRAINER price, especially if you do a deep dive and read the plethora of crap-tastic reviews that many the single-use milk frother gadgets for just a few dollars less are getting.If this product were damaged or lost or just up and quit working today, I would buy it again in a heartbeat. And after discovering how affordable it still is with the current no-brainer price, I checked with my family members and discovered my two adult grandkids don't have one. In fact, they've never heard of an immersion blender LOL. So after sending them a video and getting their "Oh, that's so cool!" response, guess what they are going to find in their Christmas stocking?I'm still a happy camper after all these years. And I don't expect that to ever change.-Karen :)
