First you have to download and install Siliconmotion thing or whatever. I just wanted to have my Macbook be used as a dual monitor or large monitor and I didn't read the instructions very well, as it really isn't for that it is more of a mirror and not multi display properties. I mean my Macbook has one screen, then my other monitor was able to process another screen, then I have a second monitor that I wanted my email or whatever on. It was a pain in the neck and multiple setting controls and researching online to find the best way to accomplish the above. It did work but took forever, the only other part is that it has max 4k display and both my external monitors are 8k. It is hard to describe but there is something off with the dexternal display, I don't know if it is like a loss in clarity, but it definitely doesn't look normal. So I am going to have to get rid of this and get something that can support the 8k monitors I have.

The 19 inch LCD KVM works perfectly. Nice to be able to change servers with a push of a button.
