Extension had a crease in pipe straight out the box and fittings are extremely difficult to get in and out of quick release. Honestly think these are seconds that have been rejected by MTM as do no believe these would be realesed from manufacturing process like this. As quality control would pick this up. Also have had many MTM products in the past and have had no issues still working as they should.

I bought this after seeing many reviews to attach to my stubby pressure washer gun I do think this is a great step up for washing your cars. It really helps me get the roof and the wheels very well. I would recommend this is built very well.

My second time purchasing as my first purchase had a defective all Brass female coupler that just sprayed fugitive water in all directions, it would not seat properly around any male quick connect fittings. The second delivery came with a stainless steel female quick connect coupling that works perfectly. Which is great because I love the quality and performance of the MTM wand, trigger and foam cannon.

Decided to try it as it came in the mail as I have seen reports of leaks. I’ll admit that tried to remove the fittings to put Teflon tape but those fittings were born there so I’m glad I didn’t get any leaks!

Read some reviews and took into consideration one which recommended wrapping three threads with Teflon tape to prevent leaks that many are complaining about. Out the box I removed the fittings, taped the threads, and have had not a single issue with this wand. Invest 5 minutes and follow this advice and you should also have a great experience. Otherwise, Out the box, you might see leaks and rush here to write an emotionally charged negative review when all you really needed to do was apply common sense. And Teflon tape. Haha.

This is a really nice wand! Unfortunately, it had a huge leak at the upper fitting that I fixed by unscrewing it and applying teflon tape. Easy fix!

The first lance I received leaked at the quick disconnect connection. I received a call from seller's customer service agent. She promptly sent out a replacement which worked great. She also include a return shipping label so I could send the old one back. As they are a distributor of the product, the issue with the product was not theirs and I was impressed with their customer service.The Lance easily connects to my MTM Foam cannon and the Lance as a nice grippy modeled rubber sleeve to make it easy to use.
