I recently got my hands in (see what I did there? Sorry) the M-Tac Tactical Gloves Mk.3, and they've proven to be a reliable and versatile choice. These gloves strike a balance between style and functionality, with their synthetic and PVC construction providing a lightweight and elastic feel that doesn't restrict movement. They fit comfortably on my hands, almost going unnoticed during use.The breathable synthetic material ensures excellent thermoregulation and faster heat dissipation, making them suitable for various weather conditions. What I appreciate most about these gloves is the added protection they offer. The PVC material on the top and the additional pads on the palm and inside the fingers provide reliable defense against impacts and abrasions, even when the gloves are wet.The adjustable cuffs with the shockproof hook and loop wrist strap are a thoughtful addition, providing support and reasonably reducing the risk of injuries. The gloves can be securely fastened, thanks to the strong hooks that prevent unexpected opening.Designed to meet high standards for military products, these gloves serve multiple purposes. Whether you're engaged in military activities, security, airsoft, paintball, hunting, or even outdoor sports, they offer the right balance of functionality and style. While there are some minor considerations, such as ensuring you order the correct size, the M-Tac Tactical Gloves Mk.3 are an overall good investment. They offer decent protection, flexibility, and a touch of tactical appeal.

I've become a fan of M-Tac products for inexpensive but decent tactical gear. For the money, these gloves can't be beat. They are light and padded just enough in the right places. I work in a tactical environment and know where and how much padding is good for general purpose gloves and M-Tac got it right. These are very comfortable and fit exactly per the size (in my case, medium). I like my tactical gloves to fit snugly and usually wear medium. These gloves are a pull on style without a velcro closure. Zero manufacturing defects noted (sewing issues, loose threads etc). I definitely recommend these for light tactical or work glove use. That said, if you're looking for winter or heavy duty work gloves these are not the right match. Honestly, you should pick gloves for your task and expecting a tactical glove to keep you warm or to be good as masonry gloves is completely unrealistic. Also, gloves don't last for years if you really use them. Ask anyone who does actual work in a tactical environment and they will have gone through a lot of gloves. (If they haven't, I'd be suspicious.) Are these super high end tier 1 gloves? Of course not, but at $15 it's not proper to compare to gloves that are $100+. These are solid for their intended purpose.

I'm always on the lookout for Tacticool gloves. I have a lot of pairs, but not overly pleased with any of them, and they do wear out. Used to be into the hard knuckle style gloves, but those usually have a wrist strap. Which offers wrist support, but wears out faster than anything else, usually. On top of being a pain to put on and take off, or else having this long strap hanging off if you don't fasten them. They also take up a lot of space in my packs. So, I've been leaning toward lighterweight gloves with a slimmer profile, elastic opening, easy on-off, etc. These are super compact and flat when not in use, and light. I can't say how long I think the back of the glove will last, being a stretchy, meshlike fabric, but it's silky smooth/soft, and pleasant to the touch. The palm and fingers have a more rugged, but super soft suede-like feel. The fit is perfect for me, with maybe a HAIR of room at the fingertips that won't cause any problems with fine motor tasks, as far as I can tell.I haven't had them long enough to abuse them and report on their longevity, and I question how much abuse they can take. But they're not advertised as being hard duty gloves.Though it does say, "Military" in the beginning, they're designed for airsoft and paintball, to give your hands a little protection from hazards, to mask/camo them, maybe retain some body heat if it's cold, shield your hands from the elements. They appear to be up to that task, and I'm thus-far pleased. They look cool, and feel nice/comfy, fit very well. They are not fireproof or retardant, which is both a pro and a con. I'd rather not have my clothing soaked in flame retardant chemicals, so I'm a fan of that not being a feature. But something to think about, if you intend to use these in a flame/spark likely environment.I have a pair of M-Tac half finger gloves on the way, and now I'm a little more excited about them coming. I bet I can pack both pair, and take up less space and less weight than my hard knuckle Tacticools by themselves. We'll see how that goes. But I'm so far pleased with them. I think most people with light-duty intentions for them would be pleased with them as well. And I think they are appropriately priced for what you get. 👍
