I bought this for my 3 year old grandson who wants to be like his 11 year old uncle. It was perfect and he loves it so much! I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it turned out and exceeded my expectations for the low cost I paid. Will definitely be purchasing more gifts like this one!

If I had read the comments, I might have reconsidered. It is plastic and I wish I would’ve gotten something a little more sturdy for a two year old but he has a million toys so I doubt this one will get broken early but I really like being able to put the name on the side of the trailer. It would probably last longer with an older child, but I did like the rest of it.

This is a toy. As a toy this is great. I wanted to use mine as a memorial for my deceased son. I ordered the truck and it was supposed to have his picture on it and did not. The lettering was perfect. (This company doesn't offer returns or refunds) Contacted the seller and they agreed to remake and ship to me (this took longer than the original order as it didn't leave the warehouse for more than a week after it was scheduled to be shipped). Received today 1/21/25 and now the lettering has changed. Boy oh boy!!! Why can't they just get it right?No reason to contact the company again. Highly disappointed. Because of delayed shipping they did refund me my money. I am satisfied about that but QUALITY zero 0 none.Customer service I would rate 3 stars. They will get back to you eventually. No reason to contact me now because they have reshipped and refunded. Quality is poor.

I was so excited to order this truck for my grandson. I didn't pay any attention to the scale size so if you want a larger truck pay attention to the details

The truck is really nice. It's the size I expected as it's listed at 9" long. I wouldn't consider it a toy but more a collectible for putting on display. Which isn't a problem because it's a gift for a collector. The seller handled my order promptly and shipped it much faster than the timing on the listing - a nice surprise! But USPS decided to just hold it rather than get it delivered! Finally after 14 days, I send seller a message via Amazon. They responded right away and traced my order. That worked & my order arrived in 2 days.

I like the customization option. My son enjoyed the ability to add whatever he wanted to the trailer. The size was a little smaller than expected but that’s no big deal. However, it did come damaged, which is disappointing. (Edit. Seller reached out to me and offered to replace item. Great customer service. Adjusted rating)
