I bought this and was really hyped up, cuz of all the vids I saw and comments I've read, but on the real....this product is very sturdy, well made, looks very cool ......but is uncomfortable for its purpose. I've tried several ways to strap, lower, higher etc....but it still feels uncomfortable and I'm sure working out is not suppose to feel that way, so I rather train without it and will probably and up selling mine.THIS IS MY OPINION...it might work or feel great/comfy for others but that's not the case for me. I hope I get to make someone else happy with it, that just might love using it.

Excellent! Gives biceps the busting pump you'll never forget. Well made product. Manufacturer could have included a foam pad cushion on the neck strap. I purchased a seat belt shoulder pad cover from Walmart and works perfect.
