Previous bulbs have gone years. We went through a whole pack of these in less than a year. They appear to overheat and explode. I'm surprised Amazon sells them.

I have not had the opportunity to replace an existing burned out bulb with the new bulbs so it is hard to rate. Delivery was quick, cost was competitive, packaging was very good and they appear to be exactly what I need for my landscape light fixtures
