When the cage arrived the ball selector was loose in the box. It could be reinstalled but came out as soon as the cage was rotated. I called their 1-800 number included with the product and spoke to a representative. I explained the problem and he said they were shipping a new cage. I sent them pictures of the defective cage/ball selector at his request. 5 days later I had a new cage. The balls are really easy to read, came separated in bags by color, and unlike cheap balls, didn't require separation or have any molding nubs sticking out. Highly recommend this company.

I had initially ordered a smaller, cheaper set for $39.00 which took a long time to arrive, only to arrive looking used, damaged and mediocre. Item was refunded. Paid over twice that amount for Mr. Chips @ ($85.00) and received it within 2-days. Mr. Chips saved the day! I'm new to the game, played it for the 1st time at Christmas and decided to get my own set. Came across Mr. Chips and it's perfection! Everything intact. Large balls, large sturdy cage, solid board, large cards. It's a treasure!

The ball cage is well constructed/sturdy and the bingo balls has large numbers. I have not used it yet, but will be using it at my next family function.

Bought this for an Assisted Living facility my mom lives in. It is a nice set, but the balls are very tiny. Also they are quite bouncy. When placing the balls into the cage between games, inevitably one will not make it in the small opening. It then becomes a chase after the small bouncing ball before it ends up under a piece of furnature. Besides that, it works very good.

We have a group that plays once a week. We had an old game that you could hardly read the numbers on the balls. There was also a problem with the cage opening. This is a great set and so much better than the old one. Very sturdy and the balls are easy to read
