Had 1 similar to this for the last 10 years, and that I wore religiously every time I went to the gym, or out Mountain biking. It is a great option for not having headphone cords all over the place, and that can be hidden under shirts, and down sleeves, if needed, and not get tangled in equipment or other clothing items.The plastic face cover isn't friendly for making touch adjustments as it is a little on the thicker side than my mp3 player will accept, but if I set it up before I start my activities, strap it on my arm, and then reach through to hit my play button, works great.1 drawback I find is that as I use it for high intensity sweat work, it does get pretty soaked after my workouts are done. This can make my mp3 player somewhat wet also and does not generally keep it dry. In these cases it is also a bear to get out of the sleeve design because the metal and the neoprene seem to grab each other.There are not many options on the market like this, and for the price, this is something I will continue to buy, if and when needed.

I bought this in May 2021 and use it during 30-40 minutes of running typically 3-5 times a week. I would not consider this strenuous use by any means. With previous mp3 players I have owned, the arm band usually outlasted the life of the mp3 player itself. This armband just is not made to last.

A little tight on a bigger arm, but works wonderfully for my Zune. The little coin pocket is a bit tight, but that's good to keep the key from jostling out of place.
