It work with my Whirlpool stove and it heats up and cook very fast. If you put it on high, you may need to turn it down to medium heat or you will burn your food. It's a learning curve but I suggested that you do not leave the stove unattended.

I got this replacement set after two of my burners stopped working. It come with everything needed to replace them. They fit well and work great. They seem to be sturdier than the last burner we bought. We let them heat up after installing and they smoked a little and had a smell but it quickly burn off. My stove looks good again instead of having crooked non working burners.

I at first thought the wire harness was too loose and did not go together right. I figured out how to properly do it and it works great. Changed from a 1 star to a 4. Instructions would have been helpful.

I really don't know why I took so long to buy this, but I now have all 4 burners working. Really looks complicated, but it's not. Kit has everything you need to replace it, but I would recommended wire strippers. As with most things, YouTube University always has some great step by step instructions. Not sure of the longevity, but seems to be very well packed, and of some high quality materials vs buying the overpriced manufacturer's parts.

FIRST: The heating elements seem to be as advertised and work well.However, the crimps on the pigtails were not all uniform, and one was so poorly crimped as to make it impossible to use. I had to reuse an old terminal, so 7 out of the 8 supplied we usable. Next, the pigtail ends are supposed to slide into the terminal block smoothly and then lock there, but all of them had to be slightly compressed to even go in, and then they were a force fit. The pigtails are supposed to "float" to make element insertion and removal easy. Finally, as some other folks have noticed, this means elements are a very tight fit into the assembled terminal block. So tight that I suspect I will not be able to remove them until replacement time. In other words, it can be made to work, but the components are not well engineered to make an easy job. You have to be handy to make this work. The price is right if, like me, you are just repairing an old range top with total replacement in mind down the road.
