The end that's for scrapping ice off the windshield comes loose and apart whenever I use it. very disappointed and I later saw a better one at Aldi's for half the price.

The ice scraper snapped off the first time I tried to use it to scrap ice. I guess it’s still usable as an ice scrapper, so 2 stars instead of 1.

By the time of this review, I hvnt had an opportunity to use the scraper. No ice or snowy weather yet. But the product is well made of quality materials. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. I like how small it disassembles to and a bag to store it in. The bag could be of better quality though. I kept the box the scraper was mailed in to use after the bag falls apart. I guessing in about a year or to I'll need the box. The scraper could last me 30 years or more easily. Overall, I'm happy!

The brush is nice but the twist is not sturdy and it spins off from time to time.

Nice storage bag for it, easy to put together and take apart, and sturdy,

I absolutely hate that I wasted my money but so happy I found a better one! The pole won’t stay extended. And the brush is always slipping and I’m constantly hitting my car with the metal parts which is so annoying. Half the time I just give up brushing my car off. Left a 5 star review hoping people will see this🙂

These are very well made with nice thick brushes. For no more that it costs for a 2 pack of these, they are a great value!

The design: The scraper end has no way to firmly attach to either side of telescoping pole. Both sides of the pole have a release button that prevents the scraper from attaching since the handle is solid plastic all the way around unlike the broom side that has a notch cut out. I ended up cutting my own notch out of the handle so it could lock into place. The broom locks in nicely and is able to swivel 90 degrees which I did like. The telescoping pole is pretty standard but it doesn't lock into place all that well when you twist it.Quality: I bought the car scraper/snow brush less than a month ago and today was the first time I got to use it. Within 5 seconds a 3/4 inch chunk of the blade broke off and I was only scraping the snow off my windows with it, not even ice. This happened on the blade, not the handle where I carved out a notch. I switched to the broom to try to push some of the snow off which worked well for about 2 minutes until the plastic locking mechanism that attached the pole to broom completely snapped off. Conclusion: Don't buy products from this company unless you plan on placing them on a shelf to only display them. My scraper is now in the dumpster.
