It feels really durable and trustworthy. This product looks and feels like it will meet my expectations in preventing serious damage. I highly recommend buying this. Once you open the box, you will be 110% satisfied and amazed, to the point that you will actually consider writing a good review.

After I got these, I used a couple allen wrenches and removed the knee sections and set them aside. Then I strapped on and adjusted the lower shin sections and went to work splitting firewood with a hydraulic wood splitter. I always manage to get at least one painful shin injury but these guards totally protect from those injuries. They are very lightweight and very comfortable and i recommend them 100%. An added bonus is that once the hook and loop straps are adjusted, one can use the clips on the other end of the straps to quickly and easily take these off. I had them on for 9 hours straight though, and never needed to remove them because they are very comfortable.

What I dislike about these pair of knee cap pads it's the straps used to have it on but other than that they protect my knees when I'm riding my e-bike but I love them will do business again

First day I wore these, I took a tumble. I landed pretty hard, and broke my elbow. I also strained my extender tendon in my knee. I'm convinced that, without these pads, I would have broken my knee as well. Thank you for these!Note: I am a 210 lb woman, and these are a little snug, but the adjustable straps means they work for me as well as anyone smaller.

The plastic isn’t super thick, but they’re affordable, and definitely feel like they would save more skin than they cost, lol. The latches release easily, but don’t feel like they’d come undone at random. The articulation is comfortable, padding is thick yet breathable.

On the first pair, a buckle broke during first use. Customer service was very helpful in quickly getting a replacement set.

Not bad quality, not super good either. Will they provide any significant amount of protection to your legs if you go down? Yes absolutely.Armor plastics don’t look super HQ but feel quite sturdy. Biggest quality complain of plastics would be the clips for the straps, feels + looks cheaper than the armor.Biggest plus is the foam, it does feel quite HQ and protective - for the price point. They’re not uncomfortable, I just never have worn pads so no reference here, they do fit my leg size well, and I have long chicken legs, so if you don’t, be forewarned, they’re pretty solid and likely won’t flex easily. But they stay in place pretty well once adjusted, so there’s definitely some room in the unlikely event i put on QUITE A BIT of muscle, I’ll be okay… but realistically if I see you on leg day or whatever, looking like a young Arnold Schwarzenegger, these ain’t it big dog, these ones ain’t for you big bro 🫡

There are numerous issues with the design of these kneepads:* The padding on the inside of the kneepads, on the top of the bottom section, does not have a cutout for your patella, so it pushes on your patella, making these really uncomfortable to wear. (If you have ever tried manually moving your patella around, you will know how much any sort of force on your patella can make you squirm.)* The bottom of the shin section of the guard is *super* skinny -- skinnier than my actual tibia, and I have very skinny legs. I don't think anyone tall enough to wear these pads will have a tibia this thin. This means the pad cuts into both sides of the tibia.* The shin section of the pad has a completely straight axial alignment, which does not reflect normal human anatomy (your tibia "steps out sideways" a bit from your knee joint before descending). Consequently, when you wear these pads, they stick out diagonally from the knee joint down, and it looks like you have the pads on crooked, but that is the only way they will sit.* There is a thin piece of plastic that arches over the patella, with no padding behind it, and it is not particularly strong (with your knee bent, you can easily push this piece of plastic towards your patella with your hands). With any sort of impact, the plastic will just buckle inwards, and impact your patella. There is really not much patella protection at all when your knees are bent.* Like many other kneepads, unless you have huge calves or unless you cinch the top calf strap really tight, these kneepads tend to slide down your legs, which is a royal pain. The only fix to this is to somehow sew the pads onto long pants, or attach some sort of "suspender" system to the top of the pads that is then connected up to the bottom of you shorts or your belt.* The straps have a weird velcro setup where the loose end of the velcro is on the inside, against your leg. This is probably to stop the loose end from catching on clothes or anything else when you are riding, but I found it a bit weird.* The straps have a quick release mechansm, but the plastic "hooks" that the straps latch onto seem really flimsy. One of the hooks didn't have a big enough gap to even allow the strap to be latched, and that strap was left unlatched at the factory. I guess I could try to pry the plastic hook open a bit, but that will fatigue the plastic. All up, these look good in pictures, but they're really not well designed, and I plan to send them back.
