These stands are great, I especially like how they work well on both wood floors and carpet with the small carpet spikes included. Assembly was easy. These are pretty sturdy. I use these with my Samsung HW-Q990D surround speakers, and they fit perfectly. They sit fine on the base, but you can also attach them to the back with the sliding mount for additional support. The base is just the right size. The only issue that you may have is that the lowest height isn't very low. It's just right for my setup, but if you have a low sofa this might be an issue. Check the height.

They work perfect for my Samsung 990d soundbar system. I would order a 6-ft cord at least to be safe you can't see any cores on mine and I don't have a floor outlet. We won against it it worked out nicely. And if you're reading this by all means go to the big Best Buy store and listen to the Samsung soundbar setup and turn it all the way up without any distortion. Speakers are sturdy and I actually knocked over one on accident obviously and no problems I just scooted them in problem solved. By these you won't regret it

My old speaker stands were too small for my Samsung HQ-Q990D rears, so I bought these and they work perfectly!Setup took less than 10 minutes!The seller includes the perfect 1/4 - 20 UNC threaded screw that is 18mm in length.I am very pleased with this purchase!

Great product , sturdy and good looking , perfect fit for wharfedale dx2 speakers all the required accessories where included which helped hassle free installation, keyhole bold and fly nuts perfectly matched, was able to pull awg 12 speaker cables without any issues, way far better than the cheap builds, I’m very happy

After about 30 minutes of assembly time I was able to set my surround speakers up. My wife was pleased with the look of the stands so all good there. I removed the foot pads and replaced them with carpet spikes and honestly that took the most time. I measured so each spike was the same height as all the others and the stands sit well in the carpeted floor. The two tubes are screwed in place with hex screws with a screw knob in the middle of both tube to adjust the speaker height. I have them extended all the way to the max height of 42 inches -- which puts the rear surround speakers at a nice position above the back of the sofa. The speaker power wire is run through the back of the top tube and exits out the bottom. The resultant look is clean and the stands hold the speakers securely. The stands come in a powder coat finish so they look to be scratch resistant.As far a tip-resistance goes, I am sure you can knock them over with a heavy blow but otherwise the wide base makes them somewhat immune from easily tippling over. If tip-resistance is important to you then I recommend adding some lead weights in the base to give the stands more weight. I don't think that is really necessary. I tried to tip them over with increasingly stronger pushes and I was satisfied that under "normal" conditions they won't easily tip over.My only suggestion to the manufacturer is that instead of the knob to adjust height you should just supply another hex set screw which makes for a cleaner look. Once set I do not plan on changing the height.Really nice speaker stands. Highly recommended.

I spent some time tracking down stands in AUS that would work well with Samsung PS-RB99B Surround Speakers. Key thing is good speaker attachment, and a large enough tube to take the power cable with the 90 degree plug. FYI 47cm cable left, when at lowest height. V clear instructions and multitude of bolt options for different speaker designs. These guys have really thought this through: you get what you pay for

I'm baffled since I can't see how the manufacturer can improve on these, but it seems like they're charging a massive premium for the newer model when these seem perfect to me.I wrote them an email to ask what the differences between the two are, other than a slight change in dimensions, but received no reply.That doesn't bode well for customer support, but there's hardly a need for that given the sturdy construction of these, and the very clear assembly instructions.

Well-designed and made with flexible mounting for different speaker types. These are a good match for my Samsung soundbar rear speakers.Assembly was simple and it came with good instructions. Stands have vinyl screw-leveled feet that can be swapped out for the included carpet spikes. The package comes with screws, etc. for a variety of speaker attachment choices. All of the hardware is packaged with labels matched to the instructions and comes with a hex wrench/screwdriver tool. I used the two black bolts to match the Samsung speaker color. Cord routing through the tube was fairly easy.These should work with most rear speakers. For my installation, they were ideal.

I've purchased Mounting Dream products before such as their TV wall mounts and I have always been happy with the quality of their product and they inclusion of additional hardware to help simplify installation no matter which brand of equipment you are mounting. The Mounting Dream Speaker Stands for Satellite & Small Bookshelf Speakers is no exception, this is a quality product. Plenty of additional hardware and concise directions ares included to ensure that installation is painless regardless of the type of speakers you are mounting. The stands feel heavy and sturdy and give an impression that they would not be easily tipped over. The hole on the tube allows for you to easily hide cables whether it is a speaker cable or two prong power cord. The only thing I didn't like about this product is my Sony Z9R speakers look terrible mounted. The stand is so massive including the plate that the speaker rest on and the hardware is so large to allow for larger speakers to be mounted that my speakers just look ridiculous on this huge, sturdy stand. Hardware protrudes down and forward away from the stand and you can see the holes drilled into the resting plate (see pictures). I'm hoping I will get used to it otherwise I will have to pull out my Dremel tool and make some modifications.
