We purchased another and it was made of mdf which made it hard to screw the parts on without stripping out the screws. This is made of sold wood and for our first time tuned great don't you think. And there's room to add beards and spurs as he gets more in the future.Functionality value for the money Looks

The plack works well. I customized the back with a 4” 2x2 to give more room for the wings to attach. Mounting screws are small so I used my own. I used a real 12 gauge shell casing to mount the beard.But all in all it’s worth the price

This one is the best one I have bought so far. I had to use my own screws and hardware and a little fabrication but the wooden plaque is great base. The shotgun shell holders are way to small for the feet so I screwed them on the back and I did not try shotgun shells for the beard because I didn’t want to use them because this bird was taken by bow. So I held it on by a piece of nylon strap.

Need to add about 2 to 3 inches on the back hanging plate. Washers to screw wings an tail down. Otherwise great product.
