Sound is so awful. Cheaply made. I opened it and tried. No 2nd thought, need to return it right away, in minutes of using it.My small BT speaker works better. Disgusting. Deserves less than one star for me.

Sadly, I had to return this item. I bought this for an event I was hosting, and during the event. The battery would not stay fully charged. Although the sound quality was good the microphones we're decent.This item is great for karaoking and parties. Was easy to pair with my bluetooth? The design of this with the lights changing was pretty impressive.It's lightweight and portable I think there was a defect with the one I purchased, so I had to send it back sadly. The return was A easy PROCESS.

I use this in my event planning business. Great sound! Easy to use. Loud!! You can stand close to unit when singing without reverberation. My only dislike is the location/ position of where the microphones store. They store on either side and the mouth piece is level with the hand grips. So when trying to move it, the mouth piece is fully in the way. Poor design with that.

I recently bought the Moukey Karaoke Machine, and it's been a fantastic addition to my home. The machine was easy to connect to my devices for wireless music stream. The two wireless microphones work well a provide freedom of movement while singing. The system is portable and convenient for both indoor and outdoor use. The battery life for the wireless mics lasted me all day for my family get together.Overall:The Moukey Karaoke Machine offers excellent sound quality and convenience with its Bluetooth connectivity and wireless mics. It’s perfect for family gatherings. Highly recommended!

Great karaoke machine! This has been so much fun for my family and I. The microphones work really well and the machine has a loud and clear speaker from which the sound comes through. At first, I had the volume up full blast and I was worried because it wasn’t loud at all until I figured out I need to turn the volume up on the device that I was playing the music on (my phone). Don’t make that mistake! The microphones have worked really well and the rechargeable batteries we have in them seem to last a while. This is a relatively simple karaoke machine to operate, not too many bells and whistles but has everything you need to sound your best. It can also be used as a speaker for events where you need to get a lot of peoples attention, and you will with this speaker! It’s also great because it’s portable with a pop-up handle, which means you can tote it around exactly like a piece of luggage. All in all we are super happy with this karaoke machine and can’t wait to have parties with it, hearing people sing great songs off key and out of tune! Lol

Update:Company has replaced the faulty microphone with a new one that works great.Changed the rating from 3 stars to 4 stars now.Original Review:Microphone cuts off for a second every now and then.While speaking on microphone, it goes silent for a second, then comes back.It's even bigger disaster for the listening audience. For them the sound disappears and then comes back after a second or two and they look at us as if we don't know even our basic electronics.The issue is only with one of the microphone, out of two that the system comes with. The second microphone is fine.

system is good but one of the mics barely works! I bought this due to my neighbor having one and we loved it. Unfortunately their mic is doing the same thing! One works well the other does not at all. Such a bummer when trying to sing with a group of people. Outside return window right after this happens!! Ugh

I bought 2 of these to replace my previous portable PA system and use them now for my karaoke gigs. They have all the power and quality needed for indoor venues or out. I have foam covers for use on the mics that I hand out to individuals, and the mics work very well. The batteries in the machines are amazing they can easily drive those big 10" speakers for two 1-1/2 sessions without requiring a recharge.I had a problem with one unit that decided that it did not want to turn off. When I contacted the supplier their reply was very fast and the issue was solved quickly. I am impressed with quality of support I got with these machines, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone researching for a quality karaoke machine to buy .One thing to note however, since these machines are most often used in situations where the lighting is dim, the printing on the controls is difficult to read when setting up.

This is a great karaoke machine. It connects to my phone super easy and quick through Bluetooth. The mics have been dropped so many times but they still work great. So much fun to have at parties. I deep feel like for the size though, it could be louder. It’s still the loudest karaoke machine I’ve ever heard though.

This is a perfect family item. This machine comes with two mics that are volume adjustable. I was super excited opening this. The machine is smaller than pictured. But that’s OK because the colors are really cool and I love the design. The buttons are in a great position and are all labeled so you don’t have to figure it out. I love that the handle the extends so you can pull it. Overall this is a good item.The sound is also amazing. When you turn it on it goes to Bluetooth mode and you’re able to connect your device to it. I haven’t hooked it up to the television yet but when I do, I’ll update my post.When it comes to volume you’re able to adjust how loud the mics and how loud the speaker volume goes. I think that’s pretty cool when you have a bad sounding partner. 🤭It came with an attachment that was easy to assemble. This device fit my iPhone 14 promax so I’m pretty sure it will fit most devices.When people notice it in the corner it becomes the topic of conversation and we end up using it. I think it’s cool. I also like that it comes with a charger so you can just plug it into the wall and then take it with you because it’s portable and It doesn’t have to stay plugged in. I haven’t tested the battery life on it but we’ll see how that goes. My little brother said it looks me a which made me like it even more. LolSo far overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I gave it a four out of five stars because the mics are not rechargeable. They are battery powered.Thank you all for making a great sounding product. Please update your mics, so that it can be even better.

After read the reviews from buyers on this machine, I bought it mainly due to its overall functions: Speaker power, sound quality, TWS, UBS, Recording, and UHF microphones. Every feature is functional except annoying noise once themicrophones turned on. I contacted the seller for the solution. The response from the custom service team of the manufacture was within a just a few day, and also provided a replacement of the machine with my satisfaction. Now, my family and I are using theis karaoke machine everyday.

Update!!! Change my review to 5 Stars! Their customer service team is impeccable! They responded to my issue immediately they were patient with me through the holidays as I had a lot of stuff I had to do. They gave me several solutions to fix it. And when they didn't work they offered to replace them at no cost or refunding my money. I would definitely buy from the seller again given that they literally stand behind their product I haven't experienced any customer service like this and any of my major purchases off of Amazon I appreciate it!Sound ok mics get loud but music Bluetoothed in doesn't go up too high I like that you can connect 2 but even with 2 units connected only 2 mics work at a time also one of the mics cuts in and out since I opened my package yesterday took a long time to connect to each other haven't tested the battery life but had I known all 4 mic wouldn't work once the 2 units were connected I wouldn't have bought 2 just ok for 400+ bucks I spent on 2
