It's a really innovative strap system to tow a dirtbike. The elastic bungee go between is a nice touch as to not get slack. I have not used it yet but it's pretty basic. Choke the broken bike around the forks or bars. Run the other side to the able bike. Run left and right loops around the foot pegs so the two straps converge over the seat. It's well made and sturdy. It fits in my pack just fine with some finesse.
