Works well. Send to read a little cold; my forehead temp ranges between 97.5° & 98.0°...i haven't read through the manual to see if I can calibrate it.

This thermometer makes taking my two year old's temperature a breeze! It is fairly accurate, works well, and is super easy to use. It's lightweight and a lot cheaper than similar alternatives. I love how it beeps if her temperature is too high, and it's easy to set to your liking. Now I just have to keep her from using it to take her baby dolls' temperatures 😅😂

Love the fact that it’s correct as I’ve tried many of these as well and this hasn’t failed us yet thankfully. It’s easy to use, accurate, portable, great quality and value for the money paid for it.it’s used multiple times daily as I have a ill daughter. Even used it at the hospital. Ultimately, I’d definitely invest in another one due to how well this one has been doing and the length of time it’s held up as well. Worth it!

First, the batteries that arrived with the device were leaking.Second, the consequence readings of my forehead within 30 seconds period were between 37.4C to 39.0C, which is quite a bit of a difference.Third, at the bottom of the box it says that this product is for the general knowledge only and it should not be used to diagnose a health problem. Hold on ... I thought this is a thermometer, and a thermometer is suppose to read the body temperature? Isn't it?This is a scam product !!!

I picked this thermometer up to replace a LPOW version that looks very similar: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0861SFPM1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I figured a name brand must be better. Not necessarily true!- Both are made in China and look very similar, so that's a wash.- The readings were very similar, so that's a wash.- The Motorola is twice as expensive as the LPOW.- The Motorola is physically larger.- The Motorola has only one setting: Body. It's displayed in the interface, but that's the only option. The LPOW lets you select either body or surface, so you can measure the temperature of surfaces other than a forehead.Basically, you're paying twice as much for the Motorola for a larger device that has less functionality and the same accuracy. My recommendation? Get the LPOW.
