Iv long learned that Motorola is the best of the best when it comes to two way radios, this mic is no exception. Fits my XPR7550e perfectly. Overall quality is phenomenal as I was expect out of a Motorola product.

I used this mic for security work. This mic is used for police radios. I had it for a long time. It’s also light weight and very sturdy. Sound quality is excellent. I recommend this item.

Appeared to be the actual product from Motorola. Incoming and outgoing transmissions are clear and loud for the receiving party. Don’t buy the cheaper competitor knock off. This will work with an APX8000XE

I love this Mic !!!Im a Correctional Officer and our radios have body Alarms. It feels really good to have easy access to both my communications and alert !Sound quality is amazing and makes you look that much more official. Time is everything so its good to not have to fight with your walkie talkie holder to transmit. Im very happy and satisfied !!!

I waited until item has been in use awhile on duty (about 6 weeks). It's a great RSM, well made, and fits the digital radio we use perfectly. Both the radio and the RSM are very new to the market, finding a matched unit was somewhat difficult. It has worked well in all conditions of weather and noisy backgrounds. Had seen some generic versions for less money, but don't trust them to hold up to duty use.Unit is a little high priced, but it is the name brand "Motorola" unit specifically for my radio. It is the only one I found available at the time I ordered it. All in all, I am very pleased with the item and the company I purchased it from.It also has a 'jack' to plug in an earphone unit for surveillance or stealth operations.
