Works well, but little difficult set up the keys are tiny. I have them on for about 12 hours after they need charging.

We're expecting our second child soon, and we wanted to update our monitor, as our current one is only a single camera, and the parent unit's battery life is maybe 3 hours. Not a huge issue, but it's usually beeping to be plugged in by the end of naps, and well before heading to bed.I looked around at a number of monitors, but nothing really seemed right, or had enough bad reviews to make me wary of them. So in the end I decided to go with two security cameras, coupled with these audio only monitors. This way we have instant feedback from the audio monitors, and can check the cameras if needed.First thing I noticed was the size/design, both the parent unit and the baby units are nice and small, and have a nice rounded asthetic which I like a lot. Included are cables and outlet adapters for all of the units, which I was actually really surprised and happy to see, as so often these days companies don't provide the outlet adapters, leaving you to use ones from other devices or buy them separately. The units come paired already, so literally all you need to do is charge them up (manual instructs you to charge them before use, regardless of plugging them in) and then turn them on.When they detect sound, it sort of "turns on" and plays all sound for the next 10-15 seconds or so, before reducing the sound again. What I mean by this, is if you have an ambient sound machine in the room to help your child sleep, you wont constantly hear it over the monitor. The monitor will "activate" when a new/louder sound like crying occurs, and then you'll hear everything for a short time, including that ambient noise machine, before "deactivating" if it doesn't hear any more crying. I should note that the sound quality is great, very clear, which I think is a benefit of having a device that does one thing rather than two.The parent unit has two indicators on it's screen for each monitor, you can set a name for each one and when sound is detected they flash to indicate which one it is. Each monitor also has the room temp on there, which is handy because we had to put a separate thermometer in our first's room, which wasn't easy to check and often ran out of batteries. You're able to speak into the parent unit, but the one time I used that feature with our old monitor, it scared our first, so... wont be doing that again, but I know it can be helpful for some kids.Overall I'm a big fan of these monitors, once our second arrives it'll be great to keep tabs on both of them with one unit.

We bought this device so that my wife would know if my elderly mother-in-law needs assistance. It works great. The one issue I have with this is that the menu controls are tiny and difficult to navigate. You can get it to work if you fool around with it, but it shouldn’t be that difficult.

Overall this monitor is pretty average in operation and the feature to be able to monitor two separate rooms simultaneously is amazing; however, I received zero batteries with my monitor so I had to purchase my own (I didn’t want to have to go through the return hassle). Disappointing that I was missing the batteries, but the monitors are decent so I’m keeping it.

I use this to monitor my elderly mother in another part of the house. I like the ability to easily adjust the volume. It was easy to set up and gives me peace of mind.

We have a popular Wi-Fi video monitor that we love, but we didn't like the idea of having our phones or iPad going all night to hear our babies down the hall when we moved to our new house. We found this audio monitor upon searching and reading reviews and decided to go for it. We love that it's a dual monitor, allowing us to have ears on both our kids' rooms simultaneously. It doesn't cycle through them--it actually just lets us listen to both rooms at the same time. It's also easy enough to pick up and travel with if needed, since traveling with our Wi-Fi monitor is more of a hassle.

We started with fancy camera monitors and they were terrible for sound. They would not even pick up really loud sounds. This monitor is the best one we've found for audio that will monitor two rooms. If you're just interested in hearing your kids call out and being able to talk back to them this is the monitor for you. The sound quality is fantastic. As other reviewers have said you do have to hit the button a few times to toggle to the right room to talk back but the benefit of the performance of these monitors far outweighs the trouble of hitting a button. The night light has three brightness settings. And the main parent unit is nice and compact. Good find and happy parents!
