I've had about 4 similar TPMS units over the last decade or so, so I've grown quiet accustomed to these small external units on my motorcycles. This one is quite visible in direct sunlight, is easy to operate, does appear fully water resistant in heavy rain, and seems to update quickly when pressure changes (by me other otherwise).Would buy again as long as price stays reasonable.

I received no instructions for setup and use. I fumbled around after initially charging it and installation it on my customized 2007 Vespa GTV 250, and got it to accept the correct time and nothing else. I have no idea how to set other things, or what the 1 through 10 displays are for. The two buttons seem to operate like the old style LCD Watches operated 30 and 40 years ago. You press them both for a few seconds to turn it on, and then must use one or the other button to navigate the different operation screen displays. It did give me a tire pressure reading on my initial day time test ride, but not later that day during the night, so I guess it doesn’t have a backlit screen display, or if it does how I need to turn it on. The second day I rode the Scooter, it did not come on automatically. I had to push both buttons together again when I got to a stop to turn it on. I’m still trying to figure it out before I just give up on it and send it back for a refund.
