Nice bag for the price. Many fastening options included like belts, laces and zip ties. It is a gloss vinyl. Wish it looked more distressed but there are processes to make vinyl look like aged leather.

Fits well. Small storage enough for a jacket or just sm items. Has plastic backing to not mar the paint. Didn’t like the nylon tie downs on the outside,took those off afraid they would come loose and tangle in wheel. Otherwise nice little bag for the money. See how it holds up to elements.

It has three leather straps and also 3 cords that are at 6 different attachment points, so it attaches very secure. It has a hard back to keep the bag in shape. You can use the rear passenger peg, if you install the bag right. Good room and out of the way. Low price. It does fit 1991 Sportster perfectly. It should work on most Harley Sportsters and probably Dynas also.
