There was not a lot of bubble wrap or padding in the box when we opened it so I was concerned about any shipping damage and it not working . Once it was installed it worked perfectly.

Motor worked great. However, be very careful as the metal is very sharp and can fillet your skin off when installing.

Product was just as described no surprises or let downs. It's amazing how something that moves a seat forward and backwards can affect the rest of the vehicle. It's a much smoother ride now in my truck and I don't have to use a phone book to reach the pedals.

Worked great in my 2011 F-150 SuperCrew (4 door). I'm slightly peeved at Ford that the original part broke so quickly when I've previously never had to replace a seat motor before. One morning upon getting in the truck, when it does the auto-forward seat movement, there was a snapping sound and only the left side of the seat was moving forward, causing the seat to twist. After some quick searching on the forums, it appeared that the shaft from the seat motor had snapped on the left side. Since I have Prime, I decided to order from Amazon instead of the various other car-part websites, and it arrived very quickly with free shipping as expected. OEM which means it should last at least another 6 years (lol).Installation was kind-of a pain, but if you know what you're doing, it should take just one Sunday afternoon.
