Used factory parts for my Ford, this belt was deemed to be replaced by the dealership after less than a year of wear. When it was replaced, so were the pulleys. Motorcraft parts are junk.

I got one of these to replace the original unit with 108k miles that still looked great. 8k miles, and 9 months later and it started to delaminate on the smooth side of the belt. All idlers and tensions look to be in good shape, probably just a defective belt. Luckily Motorcraft has a 24 month unlimited mile warranty, but it's just more of a hassle to replace than the money.

This belt fits perfectly on a 2012 ford fusion SEL.. I had to use screwdriver to force it over the top pulley while someone applied tension to tensioner until touching metal, But it fits.
