This Motorcraft filter seems to be high quality. Heavy filter material. Well made. I used Amazon to search for filter using my year-make-model-engine and got a perfect fit. I expect to get another 15-20K out of this filter based on the life of the previous filter.

Fit a 2016 F-150 2.7L EcoBoost. Install takes 5 minutes with no tools; there's just 2 clips that can be undone by hand. A tip is to write on the side of the filter with a Sharpie the miles of the vehicle it was changed at.

What's to say? It's a direct replacement for the filter in my 2018 F150. Pops in like it's going home!! Looks to be as sturdy as the factory for less than 1/2 the price.
